GENERAL:
Robin is a special one, a real charmer. He is the kind of dog where you can only explain him with: "well that's just Robin".
He loves to cuddle, and will try to crawl inside you and rub his face and whole body against you.
He is very athletic, light and flexible, and can jump almost 2 meters in the air from a standing position. He never jumps a fence though. But he jumps from platform to doghouse very fast and with ease, in agility style.
He is not a dominant male, and always stays away from trouble.
WORKING ABILITY:
Robin is in our minds the perfect running dog. He already showed us his enormous potential at an early age.
We bought Robin when he was 8 months old, and at that time had not yet tried to run in harness. On his first try, he pulled hard and with total focus, as if he had done this for years.
At 11 months we tried to put him in lead, and he was great. A natural at taking commands and responsibilities.
At the time we didn't have an experienced leaddog he could learn from, so everything he knows he had to learn by his own.
He is fast and because of his light and very athletic build he has an amazing trot, where he can trot at a very high pace.
At 21 months old he ran lead on his first competition, Vildmarksracet in 2017, and has not looked back since. He is now our main command leader, and the greatest runner we have ever had.
He always have more to give.
In 2020 the ran lead in the world championship Polardistans, and ran all 190km in lead. He really showed what he is made of that race.

Robin is still young, and his working carrier and merits are only just starting. He has made one litter in another danish kennel that we train with.
Unfortunately the female had complications at birth, and 4 out od 6 puppies died.
Two girls survived, and the breeder kept both.
Both girls are an exact copy of Robin, in colours and personality, and they also have his work abilities. Both girls can run lead at the age at only 1,5 years old. Robin has some strong lines and alot to offer tge breed. There will be more of him in the future.
