GENERAL:
Kansas as his name is only on his pedigree, is in daily life called Bjørn, which is the Danish word for Bear.
When he was born he looked like a little bear, and as time passed we never called him anything else.
Bjørn is the first born in the litter, and the one who takes most after his father Pamuk, both in looks and personality. He is a very self confident boy, and thinks a lot of himself.
But he is also a momma's-boy, and loves to tuck his face close to me and get hugs. He has the cutest voice, and only speaks when he is very happy about something, mostly food ;-)
WORKING ABILIITY:
Bjørn is a hard pulling dog, that fits great in wheel. He was a natural from the start.
At only 20 months old he ran the World championship Polardistance 2020 and finished all 190km.
As he is such a stable and focused runner, we have started to train him a bit in lead (his father is a great leader in Vargevass kennel). Bjørn has shown great potential this far, and have even surprised us with his ability to motivate the team from the lead position.
